After a blistering May, Dolan Medal winner Sam Kerr of Sky Blue FC has been named player of the month by the NWSL Media Association.
The Perth Glory star smashed two goals and provided two goal-making assists in the five games in May for her New Jersey based club.
Kerr's form has helped push Sky Blue FC to third on the NWSL ladder.
In May, 23-year-old Kerr capped off a tremendous season in the Westfield W-League by claiming the Julie Dolan Medal at the Dolan Warren Awards.
Sky Blue's next match is June 3 against Portland Thorns at home.
