Qantas Socceroo striker John Aloisi has been ruled out tomorrow night-s second leg OFC Nations Cup Final, after failing to recover from a calf injury. Aloisi (pictured right) arrived into Brisbane with the injury, picked up in the Osasuna's match the weekend before leaving, and stayed behind in Sydney to receive round the clock treatment on his injury. It has however failed to respond quickly enough for him to play in the second game. The news is looking better for Liverpool-s Harry Kewell, who according to newspaper reports, is confident of playing despite a lingering groin problem. Kewell also stayed behind in Sydney for treatment. Australian coach Frank Farina will name his side for the second game later this afternoon. The Socceroos lead 5-1 from the first leg which was played in Honiara on Saturday night. Tomorrow night-s game is at Aussie Stadium (formerly Sydney Football Stadium) and kicks off at 7.30pm. Six players including Kewell and captain Mark Schwarzer will be at Martin Place today at 1.00pm for a QANTAS Welcomes Home the Socceroos promotion.
