Anfield Aussie Brad Jones starred as Liverpool beat Tottenham, while Tom Rogic settles into life at Celtic.
Celtic's Australian starlet Tom Rogic has settled into life abroad after his whirlwind journey from Central Coast Mariners to the Scottish giants.
Despite only starting a handful of games since his move, Rogic, who will be eyeing a berth in Holger Osieck-s Socceroos squad for the World Cup qualifier against Oman, says he is relishing adapting to his new surrounds.
"I-m settling in quite well, getting used to the weather - that-s probably the biggest challenge from me," Rogic said.
"Just being around the players has been the biggest change for me - the quality is a step up and the tempo is something I wasn-t quite used to."
Reading into comments from coach Neil Lennon, Rogic looks to have a promising opportunity at Celtic.
"He-s tall, elegant got really quick feet, excellent technique and an eye for the goal," he said.
"I-m very pleased because I-ve got myself a very good player now."
Rogic wasn-t used on the weekend as Celtic suffered a shock 3-2 lead against Ross County.

In other news from Australians abroad, Brad Jones started as Liverpool claimed a big 3-2 win over Tottenham after an injury to Pepe Reina.
Unfortunately, Adam Federici is sidelined with an ankle injury as his boss received the sack, while Brett Holman couldn-t get on the pitch for Aston Villa. Chris Herd was injured.
Elsewhere in England, Shane Lowry-s Millwall earned an FA Cup replay against Blackburn Rovers after a 0-0 draw. There is some good news to report from the continent, where Robbie Kruse played another full game for Fortuna Dusseldorf in the German Bundesliga - against Bayern Munich. They lost 3-2 to the league leaders.
Down below in the second division, Mathew Leckie scored for FSV Frankfurt in a 6-1 win over VfR Aalen.
In Holland, Tommy Oar provided an assist as FC Utrecht beat RKC Waalwijk 1-0 with a great ball from the left-flank.
Other players to note were James Holland, with another full match for Austria Wien in a 0-0 draw against Wiener Neustadt, while Aziz Behich debuted for Bursapor as a 69th minute replacement in a 4-1 loss to Fenerbahce.
Qantas Socceroos regular Luke Wilkshire was an unused sub Dinamo Moscow lost to Lokomotiv.
