Westfield Matildas ace Sam Kerr has added another honour to her long list of achievements after winning the Leadership Legend accolade at the Women's Health Women in Sport Awards.
Kerr, 25, beat out a strong six-woman shortlist to claim the award at a ceremony in Sydney on Wednesday night.

The inspirational Perth Glory skipper was recognised for displaying exceptional leadership on and off the pitch and for helping to increase the profile of women in sport.
The other nominees were Ashleigh Hewson (rugby union), Belinda Snell (basketball), Harriet Brown (ironwoman), Lydia Lassila (aerial skiing) and Corporal Sonya Newman (swimming).
Kerr has gone from strength to strength since being named Sportswoman of the Year in 2017, collecting the Golden Boot in both the Westfield W-League and the United States' National Women's Soccer League to further cement her reputation as one of the best players on the planet.
She has also been a consistent performer for the Westfield Matildas – nominated for the A-Team of the Year award – and is on course to play a key role at next year's FIFA Women's World Cup.
