Socceroos Harry Kewell and Tim Cahill have continued their good goal scoring form, with further goals on the weekend for Galatasaray and Everton respectively.

Kewell made it two in two games, after scoring in Thursday-s UEFA Cup thriller against Swiss side Bellizona and backing up with another in Galatasaray-s 4-1 win away at Kocaelispor.

Cahill meanwhile started an Everton comeback after going two goals down against Hull City. Cahill blasted a shot off the underside of the bar that bounced down, according to the linesman, over the goal line before coming back out into play.

That goal sparked Everton, who equalised soon after, with both sides sharing the points. For Hull, Richard Garcia came off the bench in the 77th minute.

Several other Socceroos came up against one another in the Premier League, with Brett Emerton getting the better of Mark Schwarzer at Ewood Park.

Emerton beat Schwarzer but not the woodwork with one effort, before Blackburn got the winner late in the match. Vince Grella was again missing from the Rovers side with a calf injury.

Lucas Neill played a full game, as West Ham won 3-1 at home against Newcastle United, who were again missing Mark Viduka.

In the Championship, Nick Carle was the only Qantas Socceroo to see game time, coming off in the 66th minute, as Crystal Palace lost 2-1 at home against Plymouth; while Mile Sterjovski and Ruben Zadkovich (Derby) and David Carney (Sheffield United) were not part of their team-s respective squad-s.

In League One, Chris Coyne played a full game, as Colchester lost 3-0 at home against Milton Keynes Dons.

In Scotland, Scott McDonald sat on the bench in Celtic-s 3-1 win over Kilmarnock, who had Danny Invincibile play a full game.

Mark Bresciano continues to enjoy a good run in the first team at Palermo, again playing a full game, as they won 2-1 at home against Genoa, while in the Serie B, Carl Valeri played a full game in Grosseto-s 1-0 win over Bresciano-s former club Parma.

Josh Kennedy played a full game as Karlsruhe continue to struggle, this time going down 3-1 away at Stuttgart.

Michael Beauchamp-s miserable few days continued, following his wrongful dismissal in AaB Champions League clash with Celtic; scoring an own goal as they AaB lost 3-0 away at FC Copenhagen.

In Holland, Brett Holman-s (suspended) AZ Alkmaar won 1-0 at home against PSV Eindhoven, with Jason Culina coming off the bench in the 79th minute for PSV.

Finally, Luke Wilkshire was replaced in the 90th minute, as Dinamo Moscow won 2-0 at home against YFK Shinnik Yaroslav, to remain in 2nd place.
