Football Federation Australia (FFA) have confirmed on Tuesday that experienced defender Laura Alleway has replaced Steph Catley in the Westfield Matildas’ 2018 Tournament of Nations squad.
Catley, who is currently playing her football with Seattle Reign FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NSWL), has had to withdraw from the squad for family reasons.

Alleway, who has 55 Westfield Matildas caps to her credit, linked with her teammates in Kansas City on Monday afternoon (local time).
All three of the Westfield Matildas’ matches at the 2018 Tournament of Nations will be broadcast LIVE and EXCLUSIVE in Australia on FOX SPORTS.
