The Westfield Matildas LIVE Twitter Q&A continues today (Tuesday 2 June) with midfield maestro Emily van Egmond at 1.30pm AEST.
Throughout the Westfield Matildas’ FIFA Women’s World Cup™ 2015 Canada campaign, we will be holding LIVE Twitter Q&A sessions with a host of players in the squad.
Lisa De Vanna kicked off the first edition of the Matildas LIVE Twitter Q&A a couple of days ago, and now is another one of the Matildas’ prime movers.
Van Egmond was recently named the Julie Dolan Medallist (judged as the best player in the Westfield W-League last season), and now has her sights set on tackling the world’s best.
This will be her second Women’s World Cup after she was part of the squad that reached the Quarter Finals in 2011,
Emily will be online from 1.30-2.30pm AEST on Tuesday 2 June so make sure you set aside some time as she tweets her answers direct from Vancouver.
Simply use the hashtag #matildaschat when you tweet your question and she will do her best to get through and answer as many as she can from the Westfield Matildas’ official Twitter handle @TheMatildas.
