The Qantas Young Socceroos (u-20) will go into their final preliminary Asian Youth Championship qualifying match against Sri Lanka in Colombo today requiring just a draw to progress to the next stage of qualifying for the 2007 FIFA World Youth Championship.

Australia lead the three team group courtesy of a 3-0 win over Turkmenistan on Wednesday and remain ahead of Sri Lanka on goal difference who defeated Turkmenistan 2-1 last night.

The Qantas Young Socceroos will meet Sri Lanka late on Sunday (Australian time) with coach Ange Postecoglou likely to have a full complement of players available for selection with only striker Dario Vidosic (pictured right) under an injury cloud. The group winner will compete in the AFC U-20 Championship in India in October with the top four teams qualifying for the 2007 FIFA World Youth Championship in Canada.
