Qantas Matildas coach Tom Sermanni has gone for an attacking line-up in the teams first match of the 2008 Olympic Women-s qualifying campaign against Myanmar in Taipei on Wednesday.

Sermanni is keen to get off the best possible start in the qualifying tournament that also features matches against Uzbekistan and hosts Chinese Taipei, by naming a three-pronged strike force in Sarah Walsh, Kate Gill and Caitlin Munoz.

Fresh from two warm-up wins over New Zealand, the Qantas Matildas are confident of progressing through to the second qualifying stage, although Sermanni is taking nothing for granted in naming a strong attacking line-up.

The Qantas Matildas met Myanmar in the group stages of the AFC Women-s Championships in Adelaide last year and were given a tough time, before eventually winning 2-0.

The starting line-up is: Melissa Barbieri (gk); Dianne Alagich, Kate McShea, Cheryl Salisbury, Heather Garriock, Jo Burgess, Collette McCallum, Jo Peters, Sarah Walsh, Kate Gill, Caitlin Munoz
