Football fans invited to sign their support for the Socceroos on the Hyundai Goodwill Ball before it heads to Germany for the FIFA World Cup 2006™

Tomorrow, Friday 31st March 2006, the Hyundai Goodwill Ball is set to sail on Cockle Bay in Sydney Harbour - aboard a massive floating football pitch!

The 4 metre high ball will be afloat tomorrow morning and be positioned with the Sydney Harbour Bridge as a backdrop.

Following on from this spectacular visual sight, Sydneysiders are being invited down to First Fleet Park, Circular Quay (next to the Museum of Contemporary Art) from 11am to be a part of football history.

Fans will be able to sign the massive ball and pass on their messages of support to the Socceroos in the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2006™.

People attending will also be entertained by a range of carnivale style activities including competitions for football fans to win official 2006 FIFA World Cup™ prizes.

The Hyundai Goodwill Ball will then tour around Australia, before travelling to the FIFA World Cup™ host nation Germany, where it will join other mascot ‘Goodwill Balls- from represented nations.
