Tickets for the Powerade Series match between the Socceroos and Jamaica in London have gone on-sale as excitement builds ahead of November's FIFA 2006 World Cup qualifiers.

Tickets for the Powerade Series match between the Socceroos and Jamaica in London have gone on-sale as excitement builds ahead of November's FIFA 2006 World Cup qualifiers.   After accounting for the Solomon Islands earlier this week in their Powerade Series match to advance to the final stage of World Cup qualifying, Australia now has one more match on Sunday 9 October to fine-tune ahead of the showdown with a South American nation for the final sport at Germany 2006.   Fulham FC's Craven Cottage will host the match which will be third game in charge for new Australian Head Coach Guus Hiddink.   "We are looking forward to playing Jamaica. It's going to be very important to us," said Hiddink.   "This is our last chance to get together ahead of the Powerade Series matches in November so the time together and the match will be crucial to us."   "Jamaica are going to be a good test for us and it is vital that we continue to improve as we build to November."    Hiddink will take a full strength squad into the match which could feature some of the English Premier League's stars including Mark Viduka (pictured above), Tim Cahill, Mark Schwarzer, Harry Kewell and Brett Emerton.   The team will prepare with a five-day camp in the Netherlands ahead of the match.   Australia and Jamaica met in London in September 2003 with goals to Marco Bresciano and Harry Kewell enough to secure Australia a 2-1 win.   With the draw to determine the order of Australia's home and away matches in November to be made at the FIFA Congress in Morocco this weekend, the buzz surrounding Australia's Road to Germany campaign is gathering momentum.
